Inland Building Systems of Columbus, Nebraska has awarded Stephenson General Contractors of Smithfield, NC the First Place Award nationally in Offices Category for a medical facility located on U.S. Hwy 301 in Four Oaks, North Carolina. Inland supplied the steel for the 11,000 SF structure.
The building is leased to Fresenius Medical Care of Waltham, Massachusetts and is operated as Four Oaks Kidney Center. The $1.5 million facility is owned by P.A.C.T.I, LLC, a real estate holding company owned by the Stephenson family of Smithfield, N.C.
